Tequila Prawns
Simply follow the steps below:
- Combine the first ten ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the prawns and allow to marinate for 30minutes.
- Drain the prawns from the marinade. Heat a large frying pan on high heat. Once hot add 1/2 of the prawns and cook for approx 3 minutes or until cooked through and starting to brown. Cook the remaining prawns.
- Serve hot as an appetiser with some tequila shots for fun or make a meal out of it and serve with coconut rice. ENJOY!

- 2 Tbsp tequila
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 fresh jalapeño, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 250gm raw prawns
